Anyelis Cordero, aka Coach Cordero, is the Founder of Propel On Purpose Coaching, designed for the development and economic mobility of first gen professionals who feel stuck and are ready to make a career shift. An immigrant from Cuba and first gen professional herself, Anyelis learned to propel her own career on purpose. Her theory is that when you empower people with the tools, resources and social capital that connects them to a purpose driven career it creates a ripple effect – they become self-actualized and thrive economically, they support their families, invest in their communities and pay it forward to the next generation. To POP is a movement and she’s on a mission to create a world where people are happy deep down in their soul because they work, lead and live on purpose.

Lisett Bonilla is a junior at Mount Holyoke College majoring in International Relations and Economics.
